Carrying on with with the trend of military inspired garments, fashion makes a nod to military in a more literal approach with the March issue of American Vogue. Michael Jackson-like looks like that of the ever present embellished Balmain jackets have been traded in for more muted hues and looks reminiscent of traditional attire. The same can be seen with Rose Cordero's Vogue Paris shoot which I posted here. It's interesting to see the different approaches taken with the same concept in French versus American issues of the magazine.
